Pebblestone Fashion® also gives you a way to organize commission groups which link to sales people. A commission group can be based on order type, with a myriad of flexible options such as specific customers or customer groups, as well as organizing by collection, season, theme, brand, or other. Transaction details can be analyzed and commissions calculated on bookings or payments received, whether salespeople are employees or independent contractors. You also have the built-in flexibility to easily make changes to unique requirements, such as commission splits or reduced commission rates based on discounting.

Consignment is another element of fashion sales, as more retail customers require their suppliers to stock their shop floors without actually invoicing the goods. With Pebblestone Fashion®, once the retailer has sold the goods, the actual quantities are immediately communicated to you for invoicing to the retailer. This enables you to temporarily stock goods in a separate location and be assured of proper invoicing after sales.

For companies that are headquartered in one country with completely-owned sales subsidiaries in a number of other countries, specialized reporting and organization must be integrated company-wide. At the same time, the financial accounting systems of the individual country organizations must seamlessly meet local requirements. Based on what happens in the central logistic database/company, Pebblestone Fashion® gives you the ability to have sales and purchase invoices automatically created for the correct separate financial administrations. And, through a transparent synchronization setup, the information is exchanged between the different databases/companies.
